Rental officially approved by the Tourist Office of Uzès (see website pays-uzes-tourisme.com): in the countryside, and away from prying eyes, but ... a ten minute walk from the historic center of Uzes and the famous Place aux Herbes.
Olive trees, laurel and lavender, the garden of 3100 m2 has a HEATED swimming pool (9 mx 4 m, secured with alarm submerged), three terraces and a pool house (with kitchen, toilet, shower and gas plancha) .
On the Provencal style villa is strictly new condition and offers very high level of services on more than 200 square meters. Elegant and refined decoration in all rooms. First class home for eight.
Grand ground floor with large receptions, all opening onto the garden and terraces:

Beautiful home, the website pictures need updating as they do not do the property or grounds justice. Very quiet and private yet only less than 10 minutes walk to Uzes town centre. There is only air con in the master bedroom but despite the heatwave we surprisingly didn’t find this a big issue. However, especially without aircon I would like to have cotton bed linen, nice pillows and duvets and this is expected at this level. Overall you will not be disappointed if you choose this villa.

Excellent location, quiet and secluded. And yet an easy, largely pedestrianised, 10 minute walk into the town centre. Spacious house, large garden and pool. Well-equipped, beautifully decorated. A luxury home from home. Suggest fitting A/C units in downstairs bedrooms.
