New guesthouse space features lots of light and bright areas and offers comfortable indoor-outdoor living spaces, contemporary furnishings and heated floors throughout - all on one level without stairs. Very spacious and comfortable and feeling of a home away from home.

CENTRAL: 3 min drive to Bellevue Mall and 10 min drive to Seattle. Border of Medina and West Bellevue, 5 min walk to an off leash dog park.
SAFE: Situated in safest and walkable area: Clyde Hill.
PRIVATE: Private entry, Fenced yard.

WALKABLE: 10 min walk to Medina Beach Park, 5 min to Medina Dog Park.
PET FRIENDLY: We approve and welcome a well behaved dog.

We had a wonderful stay with our dog. The place was clean and beautiful as in the pictures. The yard was a mini oasis away from the busy city. It was so close to downtown and the restaurants which made it nice too. Such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The Host Uli and Victor are so nice and helpful with everything. We will be back for sure!

We had a great stay at Uli’s place. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs. The property was very well set up for our needs. The fenced yard was wonderful! We used to live in the area and enjoyed seeing friends and family. The neighborhood is great for walking and conveniently located, just a short drive for shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again if opportunity should arise!

Had an amazing stay when we had to come down on short notice to take care of an ill family member. The space was perfect for myself, partner, mom and our dog. Hosts were super responsive to any questions; will be our first choice to stay on our next visits.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks at this VRBO. It has a great set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 updated nice bathrooms. The nano doors out to the outdoor patio are really nice. The kitchen is big and has all the kitchen equipment one would need. The added office space was perfect for my daughter. She had her own space to do her online schoolwork. The property managers are next door but they give you your privacy too. Great spot!
