This enormous 4 bedroom, designer finished apartment will amaze you in every way. It is perfectly located in the heart of Sliema, right on the seafront promenade. It is steps away from many sought-after restaurants, bars and from Malta's bigger shopping mall, Tigne Point.
As soon as you walk into the apartment, you will be stunned by the amazing sea views. Due to the large glass windows, you will feel as if you are floating on the sea.
The apartment is extremely spacious and comprises of 4 bedrooms, each uniquely and tastefully decorated. The twin room is fun and elegant whilst the double room is cosy and sophisticated. The main bedroom is very large, beautifully finished with mouldings on the walls and has its own ensuite bathroom. The study room can be converted into a 4th bedroom as it has a very comfortable sofa bed with a thick mattress.
The main bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub, his & her sinks and 2 modern mirrors. It also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The kitchen has been decorated with style and is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher.
