Insgesamt schöne Unterkunft mit einigen kleinen Mängeln, die aber durch den im Vergleich wirklich günstigen Preis aufgewogen wurden. Gemütlicher und freundlicher Wohn-/Essbereich und ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Echtholzmöbeln. Die beiden Bäder funktional, oberes Bad durch die Dachschrägen ziemlich eng, mit dem Charme der 90er, aber alles sauber und im guten Zustand. An Haushaltsgeräten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Küchenarbeitsfläche ist natürlich sehr eng für Vielkocher. Kritikpunkt wäre die Terrasse. Wirkt ungepflegt und es gibt im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Nachbarhäusern keine Abpflanzungen als Sichtschutz. Einfache Plastikstühle, einen Sonnenschirm konnten wir nicht entdecken. Uns war es egal, da wir über Ostern da waren und die Terrasse ohnehin nicht nutzen wollten. Für Sommerurlauber sicherlich suboptimal. Schöne ruhige Lage am Rand des Feriendorfs und zum Meer ist es nicht weit - je nach Kondition 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Durch die Anlage in Reihenhausform hat man gefühlt doch mehr Privatsphäre als in den leider auch in Boltenhagen häufigen Appartementburgen. Etwas lästig war, dass kein Feuerholz für den Kaminofen da war (nach unseren Erfahrungen stellen die Vermieter in der Regel zumindest für einige Tage Brennmaterial bereit). Auch keine Seife in den Bädern, kein Spülmittel etc.. Alles kein großes Problem aber natürlich lästig. Unter dem Strich gibt es von uns eine gute Bewertung, da das Haus (zumindest für Ostern) ein wirklich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat. Natürlich kann man auch eine Luxuswohnung für den doppelten Preis mieten.

Toll sind sie, diese kleinen Häuschen! Dieses hier urgemütlich eingerichtet, super bequemes Sofa, in der Küche soweit alles da, was man benötigt. Toll ist auch der Kamin. Insbesondere wenn man mit Baby reist, vom Wickeltisch, über Babybett und Hochstuhl, alles ist vorhanden. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Sehr schönes gemütlichesHäuschen! Wir waren mit unseren Zwillingen da und es gab problemlos 2 Hochstühle und Kinderbetten - toll!!! Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem gesamten Nordic-Team bei Nachfragen.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und es standen großzügig Handtücher zu Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das einzig negative war das Bett im oberen Schlafzimmer- es knarrt bei jeder Bewegung was einen öfter wach werden lässt.
