Xscapecation Oasis is a cozy, comfortable and quiet two -bedroom one bath with carport. You have the entire house to enjoy. This cute place is close to almost everything Tulsa has to offer. Downtown Tulsa and local hospitals are minutes away. Fine dining, shopping and night life is 5-20 minutes away.

Two bedroom one bath. Queen beds in both bedrooms, with 32” TV’s, built in fire TV stick with access to basic cable, cable TV and movie channels.
65” TV in living room with fire TV stick and access to basic cable, cable TV and movie channels. Full washer and dryer on premises. Private driveway parking. Queen size beds with dresser drawers for storage.

Affordable stay, perfect for our small group of friends to enjoy a weekend in tulsa. Great kitchen for cooking too!

The house was very clean but the kitchen needs some maintenance and updating. For example, the kitchen cabinets were not very functional. The cabinet doors would not close. The toaster didn't work. The bathroom was very small and cluttered. We are not large people but it was difficult to manoeuvre. Some of the doors would not close either. We didn't like the location much as it was next to a very busy road. Also, we didn't like having to pay the insurance. That should be the responsibility of the owner. We always follow instructions and leave the property in a clean and tidy state. Sorry, but I am being honest about the house.
