There was a lot of work (some major)to be attended to.Kitchen area was not good at all. Laundry area needed cleaning, outside back patio area was very scruffy, not conducive to relaxing in.This place could be very nice, but unfortunately it looks like it has been neglected. The beds were very comfortable. 1 Alice street. Unit 1
