Welcome to Sea You Soon 30A, our family's personal vacation home in the beautiful NatureWalk at Seagrove community. Unlike many rental properties, this home was designed for our own family vacations and is thoughtfully furnished with comfort, convenience, and relaxation in mind.
Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a complimentary 6-passenger street-legal golf cart, making trips to the beach, pools, and nearby 30A communities easy and fun.

The Home
The main level features an open-concept living space with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs, a second living area provides the perfect space for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax, watch TV, or work remotely.
The primary suite upstairs offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and electric fireplace. A second king suite on the main floor provides excellent privacy and convenience for multi-generational families. Two additional guest rooms include another king bedroom and a custom bunk room featuring full-over-queen bunk beds.
Outdoor Living
One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor living space. The upstairs screened porch includes comfortable seating and a large porch swing—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or family game nights. The downstairs screened porch feels like an extension of the living area, featuring outdoor dining space where you can enjoy meals after a day at the beach.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is a beautiful 155-acre community surrounded by the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest and conveniently located along Scenic Highway 30A.
Guests enjoy access to:
• Two resort-style pools (one seasonally heated)

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival = 100% refund minus a $200 processing fee If cancelled less than 60 days from arrival = 0% refund RENTAL AGREEMENT, BIKE WAIVER AND GOLF CART WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING A RESERVATIONi OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
This home is equipped with exterior cameras for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

We have been coming to 30A for our summer family trip for 10 years and this was one of our favorite stays! The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation at the beach. It was so nice for us to not have to bring much! We really enjoyed quiet afternoons and evenings on the screened in porches. The proximity to Seaside and so many of our favorite places with the golf cart and short walk to neighborhood pool was a major plus! We hope to be back again next summer!

We had a wonderful time. The home was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the screened in porches and we enjoyed using the bikes and golf cart throughout the week. Very convenient to public beach access, Publix grocery store, Seaside, and Water Color. When we did have a question, Kerri responded very quickly. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home! It was very, very clean, and lots of amenities of a home, not a rental. It was obvious that it is managed by the homeowner and not a management company. For instance, quality dishes, knives, air fryer, etc. There was not an item that we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t there. The beds were super comfortable and even had good pillows in every room! The phone chargers beside the bed were great too. We used the heck out of the bikes. They were a lot of fun since Florida is so flat!!! We could have stayed forever! Communication with the owner was excellent!

All the beds are very comfortable. Our grandsons loved sleeping in the bunks. The porches provided a nice extension to the outdoors. We found the cooler, beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards nice additions for our beach days. The neighborhood is very relaxing and quiet. We didn’t need to use our car the entire week because the golf cart took us everywhere we wanted to go!!
