Welcome to Sea You Soon 30A, our family's personal vacation home in the beautiful NatureWalk at Seagrove community. Unlike many rental properties, this home was designed for our own family vacations and is thoughtfully furnished with comfort, convenience, and relaxation in mind.
Perfect for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a complimentary 6-passenger street-legal golf cart, making trips to the beach, pools, and nearby 30A communities easy and fun.

The Home
The main level features an open-concept living space with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs, a second living area provides the perfect space for kids, teens, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax, watch TV, or work remotely.
The primary suite upstairs offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and electric fireplace. A second king suite on the main floor provides excellent privacy and convenience for multi-generational families. Two additional guest rooms include another king bedroom and a custom bunk room featuring full-over-queen bunk beds.
Outdoor Living
One of our favorite features of the home is the outdoor living space. The upstairs screened porch includes comfortable seating and a large porch swing—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or family game nights. The downstairs screened porch feels like an extension of the living area, featuring outdoor dining space where you can enjoy meals after a day at the beach.

NatureWalk at Seagrove is a beautiful 155-acre community surrounded by the natural beauty of Point Washington State Forest and conveniently located along Scenic Highway 30A.
Guests enjoy access to:
• Two resort-style pools (one seasonally heated)

• Miles of walking and biking trails

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled prior to 60 days from arrival = 100% refund minus a $200 processing fee If cancelled less than 60 days from arrival = 0% refund RENTAL AGREEMENT, BIKE WAIVER AND GOLF CART WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING A RESERVATIONi OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
This home is equipped with exterior cameras for protection of our property and guests. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without a refund.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea You Soon. We were three couples that are friends since High School. This is our second stay at this lovely house and it won’t be our last. This house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want during your stay. The screened porches are wonderful to relax on after a busy day on 30 A. The Golf cart and bicycles were an added treat. Kerri and Rafael have done a great job to make your stay special.

Everything was great. Plenty of bikes for everyone and the golf cart was a game changer. Bikes had helmets provided, even a bike repair kit.
The community was awesome, with the pool & pickleball courts. The surrounding trails were great for walks and taking the bikes for a spin.
Publix was close and made the grocery pickup super easy as well as several places biking distance to grab coffee, pizza ... even a small liquor store.
The house itself was plenty big for us and another family that joined for a few days (7 total ppl). All the amenities we needed, toiletries provided, beach equipment, cooking necessities, gas grill, it was all there for us already.
Host was very responsive as well, from the moment I booked, which was great.
Everything was lovely. Couldn't ask for better!

We had a great stay at Sea You Soon! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need. We have been to 30A a few times but this was our best stay yet. The location of NatureWalk is perfect for biking and using the golf cart daily to get to the beach. We loved the pools and the playground. The owners care about the house and want you to have a great stay. We will definitely be back!
