Let me introduce you to my beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, and a guest restroom. It’s located in the exclusive Guadalmina Baja-Casasola neighborhood, on the banks of the Guadalmina River. Across the river lies the Guadalmina Golf Course—the best in the area—making this a very quiet and secluded setting. If you love golf, this is the ideal place for you.
When we first saw this Andalusian-style villa, we fell in love with it. We’ve put our heart and soul into decorating it, paying attention to every detail so you can enjoy your vacation or a long stay.
Our two-story villa has 340 m² of living space and a spacious 1,000 m² lot with a large lawn—perfect for playing, sunbathing, or enjoying a barbecue with family or friends.
The villa features a spacious porch with a living area and a dining area, shaded by a motorized pergola so guests can choose how much sun they want.
If you prefer, there’s also an open-air dining area surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can enjoy the scent of jasmine from the garden.
Upon entering the house, you’ll immediately feel a sense of peace and brightness. Inside, there are two living rooms where you can relax and play with your children or friends. There’s also a separate indoor dining room with wooden furnishings that seats 8 people. The kitchen is separate, very spacious, and fully equipped, with marble countertops and wooden cabinets. On the same first floor, you’ll find the guest restroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor is the spacious master bedroom, with access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious marble bathroom overlooking the garden, featuring a bathtub and shower, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds and their own en suite bathrooms. all rooms are spacious and face the outdoors.

Of course! We offer a monthly discount, which is automatically applied on the website, and our villa is fully designed to be your home, featuring:
- 1 bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a walk-in closet, an en suite marble bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace.
- 3 bedrooms with two single beds each and an en suite bathroom. All with exterior views
- A guest restroom.
- 2 living rooms.
- A separate dining room
- Flat-screen TV.
- 1 porch with a sofa and dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
- A spacious 1,000-meter garden, which you can also enjoy at night thanks to the outdoor lighting.
- Air conditioning with heat pump
- Barbecue
- Pool with lounge chairs. The pool does not have a safety fence, and children must remain under constant adult supervision.

Villa is great. Clean & Spacious. Parking, garden, pool all adequate and we enjoyed ourselves the best we could. Area is great for dining also.
However....
Our second night at the property, and it was broken into via an upstairs balcony window (forced open), and our belongings stolen. Property does not have content insurance, so the valuable watches & jewellry stolen are not going to be replaced. We were not given a code for the alarm system, nor were we given any sort of assurance / safety for the remainder of our stay. We decided to stay as we had no where else to go, with still 3 days of our holiday remaining, so we did not leave the villa at all, to ensure all our belongings were with us. This was a very clean, professional robbery. Scared the daylights out of us and we barely slept 2 nights afterwards.
The villa itself is a great place, just a shame of the area, its apparantly common as from what the security guards based in the area told us, that street also has seen is fair share of break ins, some violent, some not.
We would like to return, only if there are bars on ALL windows.
