This is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. It is great for groups with all ages. We walked from there to downtown easily. Would certainly recommend this home and Murphys for a get away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Murphy's Sage House while in town for a friend’s wedding! The home was well-equipped with all the amenities our family needed, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks available for purchase via Venmo. The only minor issue was a strong odor upon arrival—possibly from nearby manure or animals—but after airing out the house and using some Lysol, it cleared up. Thank you for being such accommodating hosts!

The property is close enough to walk to downtown and quiet at night. Beautiful home with great consideration to the guests. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Our only struggles was figuring out the TV. Quick response from owners. Would definitely stay there again!

This sage house was one of the most beautiful locations. I can say we’ve stayed at. The beds were amazing and the sheets were so super soft. Everything was easily accessible by walking. The house has everything and is very beautiful and spacious. They had labels on everything so it was easy to find things, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the kitchen it had everything you need. The thoughtful phone chargers by the bed was also a nice surprise and the place was very clean! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again.

The home was so clean, neat, organized and welcoming. This home had bountiful amenities from charge stations for electronics to inviting and cozy rooms. The kitchen drawers were all labeled making it easy to find the necessary accessories to put together meals. The bedrooms were cozy and all had comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room to spread your “stuff” out. Bathrooms were well supplied with towels and toiletries. It truly was an amazing weekend to hang out with family and friends and reconnect. Loved this place and will definitely be going back.

The house is lovely! Very comfortable, well stocked, organized, good location with plenty of amenities. We had a fabulous time! Nice touch to have an honor system with snack options although we didn’t have any. Only a few minor issues; the kitchen garbage was 1/2 full & smelled upon arrival and the garbage cans were on the street still. Garbage gets picked up Thursday & we arrived late Friday evening. We would still return & recommend this sweet spot!

The Sage House was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The house had everything we needed and more. So, so many thoughtful touches in the home. Super comfortable and walking distance to most of Main Street. We are saving this place for a future return.

This house is amazing. I stayed with my 5 friends and it was easy to walk downtown to eat or to wander around wine tasting. The kitchen is well stocked, the owner was attentive to our needs, instructions for everything were easy to find, the hot tub was relaxing, and there was even a surprise ‘party light’ in the kitchen. I highly recommend this house. Thanks!

My friends and I came for a moms trip. It was perfect! Walkable to all restaurants and wine tasting shops. And the owner has thought of every small detail. Anything you want (within reason) is already there for you. Thanks for hosting us. We loved this cute, clean rental home!

We booked this house for the wine tasting festival and were so impressed. There was not a speck of dust in the house, modern furniture, clean landscaping, amazing neighborhood with friendly neighbors, the creek across the street which sounded magical in the morning for coffee. It’s about 0.5 mile from town which we didn’t mind for the privacy. I wanted to move in!

Beautifully appointed home with a great location - convenient access to downtown Murphy's and easily accessible from the main road. There were several thoughtful touches to make sure the home was even to navigate and had everything you'd need right at your fingertips (phone chargers, QR codes for instructions, etc). Communication was prompt and terrific. We'll be back for sure!

To say we enjoyed is home would be an understatement. From the cleanliness, well appointed kitchen to the hot tub and fluffy robes the host thought of everything. We would absolutely stay again. The place is just so lovely and homey!

We have stayed in many homes, and this is our best so far. It is tastefully decorated and has a great kitchen. Our kids loved the kids’ bedroom, which has a neat galaxy nightlight, games, puzzles, markers and toys. The house is well-stocked throughout with multiple charging stations, baggies for packing lunch, sound machines, etc. And everything is clearly labeled. We also fully enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for a terrific stay!
