Comfortable stay and good location. We found it a bit difficult to find a place coz gps took us to the wrong house, other than that happy with everything.

Third time staying at the property, it's clean, and conveniently located close to the sea.

Holiday started off badly when we turned up at 57 Lakeside Drive (as advertised) to discover a fenced off home being built, thinking we'd been scammed! Took us a while to find the real house at 1 Broome St. Advertised as bedroom 4 having 2 queen beds, there's only 1.
Bring everything, not just your linen and towels as requested by the agent, you will not be supplied with basics like toilet paper, handsoap etc despite having 2 toilets and being able to sleep 13 people.
Despite 2 kitchens, the upstairs one can't be
really used to make anything and utensils provided in that kitchen were rusty.
Also not impressed with open rat bait left lying around the place, not in a bait station, when the house is advertised as family/kids friendly.
Venue was tidy, not clean, very dusty surfaces.
Beds were either rock hard, or sagged in the middle.
Convenient location to the lake to walk around to town.
