About this apartment rental
Welcome to your oceanfront vacation spot!
You will experience fun and refreshment during your stay in our place, and you will want to come back! We are on the 3rd floor, facing the ocean and beach!!
Our 3rd floor oceanfront condo includes a master bedroom with a king size bed (new in 2025). Open the window for an ocean breeze any time of day. An ocean-view balcony is accessible from the master, so breathe deeply and enjoy the view. Also included in the master are a private full bath, plenty of closet space, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV.
The guest room includes 2026 updates, including a brand-new queen bed, twin bed, chest of drawers and Smart TV. It also has a ceiling fan and full closet. Great for traveling with children and/or couples. The newly-renovated guest bath offers a full-sized bath tub and shower. We also have a pack-n-play for small children and a portable high chair.
The family room room offers beautiful and clean coastal-style furniture – including a Serta queen sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, family games, and a Smart TV. The ocean-view balcony is accessible from the family area as well – a perfect spot for morning coffee, a cocktail, or a great book! A high-top table and chairs are provided on the balcony. Free wireless internet is included.
The kitchen boasts modern appliances (new in 2025), coffee maker and Ninja blender are available for you. The beach closet off the kitchen stores a few beach essentials you may use: beach chairs, umbrellas, a few beach buckets, boogie boards, skim boards, a small cooler, etc.
The condo development has two in-ground outdoor pools.
Charcoal grills are just outside the pool gate toward the street for your convenience. Picnic tables are provided as well along with trash cans. (Sorry, no grilling permitted on balcony!)
As much as we love animals ... your pets must stay home while you visit our place. After all they need a vacation from you too!

The local beachfront hot-spots, Ocean Annie’s Beach Bar & River City Cafe, are located down the beach just a few steps away from the condo! Walk the beach to get Starbucks in the Embassy Suites. Bike and scooter rentals are available nearby, too. The condo is minutes away from many beautiful golf courses. Hop in the car and shop at Tanger Outlets, and local gift shops just a couple miles away. Coffee shops, Kroger, Super Walmart, and a variety of awesome restaurants are nearby!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location on the beach! The condo had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great experience!

The communication with Amy was great! It was like she was a friend or part of the family. The only minor drawback was having to receive the key & parking pass via mail (which she overnighted) and then mailing it back. The master bathroom was very small, there’s no elevator, and the 2nd bedroom got rather warm for my kids when trying to sleep. Just fyi. But considering all else, I highly recommend this property. There’s a great view of the beach and very easy access. The condo was nice and clean. The owner was the best I’ve ever worked with. She was responsive, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. She offered help when we had vehicle issues, in trying to suggest a reliable mechanic. She also worked with us on check out time. Then, if not enough, I had forgotten my favorite swimsuit, new cover, and my work computer charger! She contacted her housekeeper and mailed those items back to me! I was beyond thankful for all of Amy’s kindness and help before, during, and after our stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Was disappointed to discover second bedroom did not have AC. Bedroom closets were packed with equipment/home improvement supplies. Kitchen cabinets had supplies beyond "starter supplies". Location was great.
