Pavilion Paradise was a great last minute find after we had to shift our plans from visiting the NC mountains. Love the ease of access to the beach, fits a large group comfortably, and all of the logistics were easy. We also loved that there are 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds. The place wasn't super clean... mainly there were some dishes that were put up before we arrived that needed another wash and the washing machine itself was very musty and needs a deep clean. The house has tons of stairs. Not inherently a problem, just something to be aware of.

House was amazing and did not disappoint! Every year we visit IOP with family friends from CT and we come from SC. This year we sized up as we had more children visiting us! We loved all the balconies, the house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry supplies and beach towels, clean and we even got the grill cleaned and working!! The skies were sunny even though it rained every week before and hurricane debbey came the following week! Wish elevator worked bc we had one child with a foot cast, and one had shoulder surgery but they managed - loved the main floor bedroom option! Beach credit was great for bikes and beach supplies. We had a little hiccup with our golf cart, but Mike at Saltwater rides saved us! We love the proximity to the beach and golfing and love the town and look forward to visiting again! Thanks IOP and Wild Dunes!!

The home was clean, kitchen and baths excellent the rest of the house needed some updates - especially the porches! Did not have hot water for two days as the propane tank was empty and we could smell the vapors. The garage door automatic opener did not work. For the amount of money we paid expected better!
