Relax and play at this comfortable home located in prestigious Hopkins Point neighborhood on Tims Ford Lake. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located with Tims Ford Marina, Holiday Marina and Twin Creeks Marina all a short boat or car ride away. The home boasts plenty of room for parking your boat, camper, etc. and is within walking distance of the lake!! Also nearby are several boat ramps for launching your boat, Tims Ford State Park, Bear Trace Golf Course, Jack Daniels distillery, and the historical square in downtown Winchester. Great home base for boating, fishing, hiking and other activities.
A wide circle driveway plus extra concrete pad makes parking with trailers a breeze!
Pull in, pull out with NO backing up to the level front door entrance for loading and unloading in under a minute! Large mudroom/closet right inside doorway is there store all your gear.
Problem climbing stairs or worried about the young kids? One level, Open floor plan allows for easy meals and entertainment together but with the privacy of 3 large bedrooms with oversized closets and easy access to everything.

We loved staying here. Our boat is now on a lift at the marina and this house was a very clean and comfortable place to breakfast, get out of the rain, and to end our day comfortably. The wifi is also strong enough where I could do some pressing work that hit mid vacation. We plan to stay here again.
