This elegant, recently renovated apartment can accommodate 4 people and a baby.
Located in the city center of Verdun, close to sites and shops.
On the 1st floor of a small building which formerly housed the Verdun tannery workshops, this chic and completely renovated apartment opens onto a pretty living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, board games, fiber optic wifi and an open kitchen fully equipped including a multi-function robot and a Nespresso machine.
On the side, a spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed and a work space.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults. (Mattress 140*200, 18cm thick).
For your comfort, we have selected hotel quality mattresses.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival.
Including charges :
Water, wifi, electricity, heating.
Regarding parking, it is possible to park for free on the street but also in a nearby car park.
For your peace of mind, entry and departure are done independently using a connected lock system.

The apartment is well maintained and well equipped. The location was good for us, just a 10- 15 minute walk into the centre. It is in a quiet area, even though it is on a main road into the town. We managed to park on the road outside the apartment but there are carparks not too far away. The host responded promptly we had questions.
I would recommend this property.

Cecile's place was in a great location with easy street parking within a few feet of the front door. Great bakery/traiteur a couple of blocks away. Centre ville a short walk with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Centrally located and easy to visit Verdun sites in the area. Highly recommend! Perfect for a couple.
