This house is located on the Northwest side of Lake Gaston in Bracey.
Nearest Grocery (15-20 min): Food Lion, South Hill
Nearest Essentials Store: Dollar General (5 min)
Nearest Gas Station: Sunoco (8 min)
Nearest Marina: Holly Grove (5 min by boat); (10 min by car)

1. Trained service animals are welcome! Otherwise, we have a strict "no pets" policy. We can help arrange lodging for your pets (as long as they are up to date on shot records which must be provided) at a local boarding facility during your stay, if you'd like; just give us a call...way in advance, as they fill up fast!
2. The house, like 99% of all lake homes on Lake Gaston, uses a septic system. This system is a finely balanced biological system. Please help us keep it working flawlessly by flushing ONLY toilet paper. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
3. Bow-Riders and deep draft Wake Board boats need to check their Hummingbirds to ensure adequate depth in all coves. Pontoons should have no issues and everyone is welcome to tie off at the dock with rental boats.(make sure to bring your bumpers!).
4. Culverts & Bridges: Be sure to lower your Bimini top when going under bridges or through culverts. Appearances can be deceiving!
5. Security Camera Disclosure: We take your privacy very seriously. However, this home is monitored by exterior security cameras in the following locations:
2 external security cameras - positioned for both of the primary entrances to the house; The main level camera is attached to the house and points out to the street and covers the main entrance (the "front" door); The second camera is attached to the deck joists can faces the stairs going down to the dock and covers the door to the screen porch - or the basement level entrance.

Primary need was to accommodate sleeping for family attending reunion in Holly Grove so although we did not spend much time at the house the evenings were very enjoyable and sleeping arrangements perfect. Being close to the reunion location was a big bonus!

The house was absolutely perfect for our 3 families with kids ranging in age from 7-10. We loved being able to use the paddle boards and kayak provided by the owners. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and towels were provided as well, one less thing to pack! The owners were very responsive, the views were beautiful, and we would definitely come back again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We had three families including ages 3-10 and we all had a great time. We rented a boat from Lake Gaston Summer rentals and highly recommend them for rental needs.
