A Wave From It All is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath Old Florida style two story beach home in Crystal Beach that sleeps 8. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and a large private pool in the fenced-in backyard. The private pool is 25'x13' with a maximum depth of 5-1/2'. On chillier days you can still enjoy the pool, as it can be heated at a cost of $60 per day plus tax (must be purchased for the entire length of stay).
The interiors of this vacation rental home are comfortable and contemporary with flat-screen TVs in almost every room. Rich golden honey-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout the main living area providing a warm feel. This open room is light and bright due to all the sunny windows throughout. The first floor features a nice-sized kitchen with bar seating for 4 guests, a large living room, queen bedroom, laundry room and a full bath.
Heading upstairs, you will find two king bedrooms with private baths and balcony access. The balcony is a great place to watch a beautiful Florida sunset!
This charming home is at the far western end of Scenic Highway 98 in Destin and is just a short five-minute stroll to the beautiful beach. This Crystal Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. Other highly-named restaurants, fun lively bars and lots of retail stores are minutes away at Destin. Family amusements are also close by including Big Kahuna’s giant water park and miniature golf course. Enjoy a very fun memorable time at our lovely Crystal Beach home!

This home is very well maintained since the owner occupies the caretaker cottage at the back of the property.

This home away from home is a great location! Just a block from the beach. The beach chair service that is included is a game-changer. I felt right at home here. The golf cart is a great addition. I did not realize that the owners were on the property when I booked the rental, but this was not an issue. I've never stayed in a place with the owners. I was nervous, but they were so nice! They were willing to interact (or not) with your comfort level. Our daughter's car battery died while we were there, and they offered to help. The house is well-appointed with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean. I would stay here again!

We were very excited to arrive at the house which seemed wonderful in pictures. The location was excellent and the golf cart was our favorite part! I’m only reviewing this comparing it to other homes we’ve rented nearby. Maybe our expectations were high because of the price we paid for it. First of all, the house needs a little bit of updates. The furniture in the living room were not comfortable, seemed very old and even the sofa bed would bend in the middle. There was no pantry, we had to put everything on the countertop. The bathtub we used upstairs would fill up to our ankles in only the first 5 min. The pool was nice, just seemed like the cleaning lady wouldn’t make it feel welcoming. All of the pillows from the chairs were everywhere but on the chairs, maybe they set them to dry but didn’t put them back on. All in all, the owners were helpful when the AC stopped working, they took care of it quickly. But the house needs a little more updates all around.
