With 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and room for up to 10 guests, this is the home that fits the whole group under one roof without anyone booking a separate hotel room.

Pets
Dogs are welcome at The Cherry St House. Up to 2 well-mannered, house-trained dogs with current vaccinations are welcome per stay. A non-refundable pet fee applies: $50 for stays up to 7 nights, $125 for stays of 8 nights or longer. Due to insurance restrictions the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Perro de Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and Japanese Tosa.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the property or within 15 feet of any door or window. This applies to all tobacco products, cannabis, and electronic cigarettes. Violation results in a minimum $500 cleaning fee plus additional charges for odor removal or damage.
Cleanliness and Property Care
Please treat the home with respect. Report any spills or damage promptly so we can address them quickly. Bag and place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checkout. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will incur an additional fee starting at $150.
Trash Disposal
All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins before checkout.
Plumbing
Only flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of wipes, hygiene products, grease, or coffee grounds in sinks or toilets. Guests will be charged for any plumbing issues caused by improper disposal.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee and may result in early termination of the stay.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise or complaints may result in a warning, immediate termination of the stay, or additional charges.
Legal and Compliance Terms
Residential use only. No business or illegal activity. Subletting is not allowed. Host may enter with reasonable notice for maintenance or safety. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Home Away Springfield is not liable for injury, accident, or theft. Lost items are held for 14 days before donation. The host thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need during a stay. Lovely touches throughout the house. We were fortunate to be staying during the holiday season so the house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The neighborhood is located near many small businesses and within (a hearty) walking distance from our family that lives in Springfield so was very convenient for us.

Cherry House for the win!! Cozy, comfortable and perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with great places to eat and drink within a short walking distance. The owner was very helpful and close by for anything needed. We'll definitely come back.
