Due to insurance restrictions the following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Perro de Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, and Japanese Tosa.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the property or within 15 feet of any door or window. This applies to all tobacco products, cannabis, and electronic cigarettes. Violation results in a minimum $500 cleaning fee plus additional charges for odor removal or damage.
Cleanliness and Property Care
Please treat the home with respect. Report any spills or damage promptly so we can address them quickly. Bag and place all trash in the designated outdoor bins before checkout. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will incur an additional fee starting at $150.

All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated bins before checkout.
Plumbing
Only flush toilet paper. Do not dispose of wipes, hygiene products, grease, or coffee grounds in sinks or toilets. Guests will be charged for any plumbing issues caused by improper disposal.

Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Unauthorized guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee and may result in early termination of the stay.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times. Excessive noise or complaints may result in a warning, immediate termination of the stay, or additional charges.

We loved our time at Cherry St. House! It was perfectly situated in the cutest neighborhood. The pantry was stocked and we enjoyed eating outside on the cute patio. The beds and linens were comfy and clean too. We will definitely hope this one is available next time we visit Springfield.

Second time staying at the Cherry St. House and this visit confirmed it's one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. Every little detail is thought of in this house. We stayed 5 nights for a wedding and had family coming and going, and everyone was impressed by this house. Local friends and family wanted to tell their own visitors about it. The huge dining room table was perfect for hosting dinner for 8 on two different nights. The neighborhood cannot be beat - walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, dessert - and support a bunch of local businesses. Great host is is super responsive and has created a real gem in a fun neighborhood.

The Cherry St. House was the perfect place for our family to stay. Great location - a very short walk to a handful of local restaurants and shops, a few blocks to MO State campus and a short drive to anything else you'd need. Very clean and full of so many little extra touches. Nicely updated interior that kept the charm of a really lovely house. Great spaces to hang out including a huge front porch and incredible backyard. Dana is super responsive and check-in was a breeze. We're already booked to stay again.
