Exceptional villa with large swimming pool, games room and petanque field with a quiet sea view. In the heart of the Bellet vineyards, access on foot to the Château de Cremat (wine tasting, night shows in the vineyards). We are 15 minutes from the city center, the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais and the airport. Very nice services. In the morning you can contemplate the splendid panorama from one of the 3 suites of the house, dive into the saltwater pool, heated and then sit on the magnificent sun loungers with a good book.
