Summary:
This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, pet friendly, property is on Main St. right across the street from the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie’s Cucina. The beauty of this property is the fact that it is just over the village line in the township and we can legally rent for less than 30 days. The best part is that the entire village and beautiful Skaneateles Lake are just a couple blocks away! By simply taking a short walk you can start shopping in all of the wonderful boutiques or have breakfast, lunch or dinner in all of the fantastic dining choices within the village. The lake is only a 5-10 minute walk if you want to sit by the water and relax and read a book, swim or fish. Everything is at your fingertips!
The property itself has been renovated throughout and newly decorated in a refined and luxurious cottage style. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The third main level bedroom was added and completed in April 2017. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. For our guests & their pets that enjoy the outdoors, we have a large beautiful private fenced backyard and a spacious deck. There is also a spacious driveway with off street parking for up to 5 vehicles.
**Primary guest must be 25 years or older, will be required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
**We have a strict "no party/gathering policy". Any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal & baby showers, graduations, receptions, brunches, etc, .
**Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $250.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
Guest Access:
Guest access is with no contact/keyless entry. The door code and home/departure instructions will be sent 2-3 days prior to your arrival.

What sets this property apart from the rest is that you are actually in the township of Skaneateles but the entire village, downtown center and beautiful Skaneateles Lake are all at your fingertips! By simply taking a short walk you can start shopping in all of the wonderful boutiques or have breakfast, lunch or dinner in all of the fantastic dining choices within the village. The lake is only a 8-10 minute walk if you want to sit by the water and relax and read a book, swim or fish.

A short, 8-10 minute walk to the village. This is the closest you can stay and walk to the lake and all restaurants and shops.

Clean, well-appointed and spacious home perfect for enjoying the Finger Lake area and town of Skaneateles. Close enough to walk downtown and quiet enough to feel very private. Cute shops and scrumptious restaurants with a variety of price points make this home a great vacation destination.
