The Black Bear Lodge is a luxurious lodge nestled in the woods of Hocking Hills on 10 acres of private acreage while still remaining close to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The lodge boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms, large living spaces, and a magnificent kitchen and dining area. The outdoor pool is one of the best features during the summer months. Traveling is a breeze when you stay with us as the lodge is fully equipped with great amenities. Property offers game room, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and hiking trails. State Parks, lakes, canoe & kayaking, ziplining and so much more all located within a short distance from the property.

The open-concept layout makes it easy to entertain guests. The lodge comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are 4 bedrooms for guests to rest for a day of fun.

The cabin had plenty of room for all of us and was very clean. I felt obligated to give the kids the larger room with the larger bathroom since it was the room that had two beds. I felt a little jealous of their luxury :) It was very quiet and peaceful in the area. The pricing was excellent off season! A couple of pieces of outdoor furniture need some attention but that will happen as things age and we did report it. Would defintiely stay there again!

The cabin was very clean and was a very quiet location. I did not like that you had to check in and out at a store in town (instead of a keyless entry or locked key, etc). The beds were comfortable but the towels could use an upgrade. The outside furniture was definitely showing its wear and tear and definitely needs some repairs and updating.
