Pros: Hay un piscina en la comunidad en la que apenas hay gente.
Muy atentos los dueños y muy disponibles.
Silencioso.
Cons: Hay que coger el coche para todo: incluso para comprar el pan o tomar un café.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at Wim and Martine’s home in Altea. The apartment was incredibly well equipped with everything you could ever want. The design and decor was really tastefully done. The outside area/balcony was great - where you can enjoy the inside outside and where we spent most of our time. The pool and surrounding garden is lovely with views of the pine trees and mountains. The only downside is that being up in the hills, if you want to walk anywhere or in our case run you have to contend with some quite steep slopes on the pavements so you definitely need a car. The nearest restaurants were a 5 minute drive away or 15 minutes to the main Altea area or old town. The Altea beaches were also a 15 drive away - our favourite was Albir. It is a lovely area and a great apartment. Wim was very helpful.

Pros: We hebben er 3 weken verbleven met zijn vieren en het was een fantastisch, mooi, schoon en stijlvol appartement. Het ontbreekt je aan niets, als je hier verblijft. Alles tot in de details verzorgd.
