The newly built apartment is located in. 2 Floor of our house. The beautiful apartment with high ceilings is 70 m² in size. The living and dining area offers great comfort with a high quality fitted kitchen, coffee machine, flat screen TV and underfloor heating. The cozy interior invites you to relax. A spacious balcony is located on the south side of our apartment with great views. For the children there is behind the house a large playground with various play equipment such. B. 5m trampoline, climbing frame with swings and slide. On hot days, invites 5m large pool for a swim. The playground is directly connected to the nature reserve "Riedbachtal".

This apartment is extremely beautiful, very modern and tastefully decorated. The view is splendid from the balcony from sunrise to sunset and the place is calm and relaxing. The accommodation is perfectly clean, the owner is charming and there is a small shop downstairs where you can buy delicious jams, honey and other local products from their farm. I highly recommend this wonderful place!
