About this house rental
Oceanside single family home in one of Key largo most desirable neighborhoods with waterview and private pool. Large lot, plenty of parking for all your toys. Completely remodeled brand new bathrooms, large chef's kitchen and modern decor. Centrally located with wonderful Keys restaurants, diving tours, fishing tours, seafood market, swim with dolphins center at walking distance. Located 1 mile away from Jacobs Aquatic Center with lots of fun activities and 2 miles away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer inside, very comfortable mattresses including Stearns and Foster king mattress in master room and Simmons Beauty Rest mattresses in guest room, all beds have high quality sheets and quilts which are washed after each stay, bathrooms with hair dryer and towels. Boat slip option available. Two Kayaks also included.
The property is located in the upper Key Largo mile marker 100, 45 minutes from Miami International Airport, 2 hours from Key West. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and the adjacent Key Largo National Marine Sanctuary include about 178 nautical square miles of coral reefs. Renowned for being the country’s first undersea park, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park encompasses an impressive 70 nautical square miles. Canoeing, snorkeling and kayaking through the park's waters are popular activities; fishing is permitted in designated areas.
Dock available for an extra $500 fee a month upon request. Dock is located a block away from the house. The boat size no bigger than 25 feet and it must have a bimini top or top that can come down to go under the low bridge in the canal to access the ocean. We have two kayaks too that can be left parked at the dock. Pilot House Marina 4 blocks grom the house rents slips that can fot any size boat. Other marinas available as a reference use Mile marker 99.There are two exterior security cameras; one in the parking area facing the street and cars parked on property and one facing the exterior stairs leading to entrance door.

The house was clean and the property was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the big front porch in the evenings and enjoying the breeze and marina view.

This beauty is prettier on the inside than the pictures show on this site. The beds are really comfortable, the inside is super clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. The owner is available and ready if needed.
I highly recommend a stay here if you are considering a trip to the Florida Keys.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shores Lux-Key Largo! We would recommend it for others. The house was conveniently located on a dead end street directly across from the boat harbor. Very nice area for walking and getting exercise with our dog. The beds were so very comfortable and made it easy to rest well. We loved the decor, layout, and roominess of the home. The bathrooms were beautiful and had lovely walk in showers.
The only issue we had was mosquitoes but to be fair, the whole area is having issues and I happen to be a mosquito magnet unfortunately. The owners quickly addressed it the best they could.
There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby and we were surprised to find out that we LOVE Cuban food! There is an excellent restaurant near Publix called Fernandez the Bull. So delicious!
You must drive to Harriett’s for breakfast! We usually cook in our breakfast meal but we were able to enjoy water aerobics on Monday and Friday mornings at the community park and went to breakfast after! Perfect!
We also got fresh seafood from the fishery in Key Largo that was wonderful!
