The ANAVAI apartment is a one-bedroom vacation rental located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (built in 2021) in the heart of the capital city of Papeete, on the island of Tahiti.
Whether for a vacation or a business trip, the ANAVAI apartment is located in the popular Mission neighborhood, home to several elementary schools as well as La Mennais middle and high school, near downtown and shopping areas. It’s just a few blocks from the waterfront and Papeete’s marina.
This neighborhood is one of the oldest in the capital but also one of the most vibrant, thanks to the bustling school community. Many new residential buildings are springing up here.
The fully air-conditioned and fully equipped apartment is tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts a couple needs.
With a floor area of nearly 65 m², the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink).
Whether you’re traveling alone or as a couple, this vacation rental is sure to delight you.
Wi-Fi and a parking space in the covered, secure garage are provided free of charge to guests.

A comfortable one-bedroom apartment with everything a traveler needs. There is a small grocery store downstairs with coffee, bread, baguettes, and even boiled eggs available nearby. The location is very convenient — Papeete Market, the ferry terminal, and the cruise terminal are all close and within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay very much.
Good service as well — Mehi was always helpful, answered all my questions, and even helped arrange a taxi for me.

The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed - 2 coffee makers & coffee, hot water kettle, washer dryer combo, iron & ironing board, good internet, comfy king bed, AC, spacious living room & a large balcony. It was in a very good location, close to everything - walking distance to the port, city center & market. There was a small grocery store & coffee shop next door then restaurants nearby. Very prompt communication answering all my questions. The building was very secure & we had parking. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful place, close to city. Clean, tidy and has everything you need for the stay. Apt for a couple. Would love to stay here again.
