Great location, but not all bulbs worked and furniture had threads showing. Needs some love. Also, for our size house and capacity the trial size shampoos, toilet paper/garbage bag/dishwasher tab ration was insulting for the price we paid. The host did so much right but having to go to Publix and buy garbage bags and toilet paper was ridiculous. For a few extra dollars, the host would’ve made me ecstatic!

House is a perfect location with easy walk to the beach and town. Nice layout and kitchen. Front and back l’orchestre, front porch with grill and fireplace. Beaches are exceptional! Critique of Rosemary area is level of noise in the morning. I come in vacation to sleep in but it’s impossible with yard crews and delivery trucks bringing in a ton of noise every morning. We also had a house of 6 kids next to us which was brutal with morning noise. Baseball game every morning at 7 am on sidewalk outside our house. Requests to keep noise down ignored by kids and parents. As for the house, the mattresses MUST be replaced. They are clearly worn out and also led to lack of sleep due to back pain. For check-in, we had to wait on porch for 1.5 hrs before we received our code right at 4p. No one was in house, would have been nice to get code earlier as emails said we would.

The property was well kept and in a great location. However, the AC does not cool downstairs. Upon arrival the notes say not to put it below 75, but good luck even getting it to that temperature. Th k goodness we went early in the season and it wasn’t too warm outside. I would take causation if you’re traveling with older adults or children as it will be uncomfortable living on the first floor!
