Riverview Terrace is a spacious loft-style home designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. This beautifully appointed riverfront retreat stands out among Savannah vacation rentals for its open layout, high-end finishes, and incredible location. Situated within a historic brick building overlooking the Savannah River, this sought-after property places guests in the heart of everything the Historic District has to offer. And yes, the private terrace offers beautiful views of River Street and the river beyond.
Step into a brick-encrusted loft filled with natural light from a row of windows overlooking Savannah's famed River Street. This expansive open-concept living space features an oversized L-shaped couch centered around a stunning antique brick fireplace. Just steps away, the full-sized gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee from the single-cup coffee maker before gathering around the granite-topped island with seating for four. Industrial-inspired details, soaring ceilings with exposed pipes, and elegant crystal chandeliers create a space that feels both sophisticated and inviting. In addition to a dining table for four, the kitchen island provides seating for four more, making it a wonderful place to enjoy meals or simply spend time together.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day
