Wooden house, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 games room with living room, table tennis and table football.
Assets: Large garden, quiet countryside location, sea view from the house.
Comfortable family house located between sea and countryside in the village of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau, 1km from a beautiful and large white sandy beach.
Access to the coast and its different aspects (wild coast, dunes, beaches, port) is done quickly, on foot or by bike.
Access to many hiking trails including the GR34 directly from the house.
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms with bed for 2 people.
- 1 large bathroom with bathtub
- a large open space with TV (Netflix and Canal +), library and games
On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and living area is bright with its bay windows overlooking the garden. South facing.
A games room that can be accessed through the terrace where you will find:

- Table football/billiards
- a ping-pong table,
- Outdoor and beach games for the little ones.
