WOULD STILL LIKE TO HAVE A HANDRAIL AT THE WATER SIDE.ALSO HAD TO BRING CEMENT BLOCKS TO USE AS A LAST STEP SO MY HANDICAPPED WIFE COULD ENJOY THE OUTSIDE. COMPARED TO THE WOODEN STAIRS THE LAST STEP TO THE SAND HAS MUCH LONGER DROPOFF.THE BACK STAIRS ARE FINE, BUT ACCESS TO THE WATER SIDE IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF A GATE THAT'S HARD TO OPEN BY A HANDICAPPED PERSON.

WAS GREATED BY 100'S OF HOUSE FLIES. THINK THE HATCH HAPPENED INSIDE THE HOUSE. TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET RID OF THEM.BECAUSE OF THE HUMIDITY THE BATHROOM IN PARTICULAR & THE SINGLE BEDROOM MATRESS BECAME RATHER ODORIFEROUS. AN AC UNIT WOULD HELP STABELIZE THE AIR.A SIMPLE HAND RAIL ON THE BACK STAIRS WOULD BE A PLUS WIFE IS HANDICAPED. I HAD TO BRING A CEMENT BLOCK TO HELP MAKE A SHORTER DISTANCE TO STEP DOWN TO THE GROUND.FYI !! RACOONS RAIDED TWICE, I THINK THEIR ROUTINE IS FRIDAY NIGHTS ONLY.TRASH IS OK THE REST OF THE TIME.
