Incredible large and comfortable home. Packed with modern comforts and amenities for fun such as a game room and boardgames, you will never want to leave! The unit is equipped with everything you need for a wedding weekend, ski trip, or a weekend getaway with your family/friends. Backyard deck with outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill.
Step into our inviting, open-concept home designed for comfort and relaxation. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious dining room and kitchen area that flows seamlessly into the large living room. The living room features a cozy sectional, a 75" Smart TV, and an electric fireplace with a heating option—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Duo Keurig coffee maker, a drink fridge, a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and all the plates, cups, and utensils you'll need. For your convenience, there’s a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in the laundry closet. The downstairs main bedroom offers a queen bed and an attached half-bath, providing a private retreat on the first floor. As you head upstairs, you'll find the first full bathroom. To the right, you'll discover two of our charming bedrooms. The blue room includes a queen bed and built-in twin bunks, while the green room features a king bed and twin bunk beds. To the left, the spacious master bedroom awaits, complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a massive ensuite bathroom—perfect for getting ready for a big day! Our home offers dual heating options with radiant gas heat and a mini split system. The mini split provides air conditioning for the first floor during the warmer months, with window air conditioners in each upstairs bedroom for additional cooling. The house is equipped with a full-house generator for uninterrupted comfort and a Level 2 EV charger for your convenience.

You will have access to the entire house except the utility room in the basement.

The house will be equipped with 12 towels, wash cloths, pillows and bedding to sleep 12 people. If you feel you'll need more please plan accordingly.

Nice size house, clean, kids enjoyed exploring the wildlife around the property. The kitchen is well stocked, living room and bedrooms comfortable, plenty of room. The driveway is steep, it would be difficult to navigate safely when there's ice or snow. We did enjoy the foosball table, but air hockey didn't seem to be working. We enjoyed the location - easy to get to a wedding at the Mountain Top Inn, we also spent some time fishing and exploring at the reservoir.

House was spacious in and out; and gave us a great place to stay while we were in town for a family wedding. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Just a short drive for food and drinks, and a great location close to the wedding venue.. Thanks for a great stay!
