About this cottage rental

In the south of Auvergne, erected at the top of a volcanic peak, between Haute-Loire and Ardèche, is the village of Arlempdes. Surrounded by the Loire, this picturesque village is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It is 2 kilometers from here, in Freycenet d'Arlempdes, that Frédéric and Sandrine welcome you to an old farmhouse, completely renovated to preserve the family heritage. Its decoration is made of a clever mix of old elements and modern materials. You will also enjoy vast and pleasantly landscaped outdoor spaces. With family or friends, this cottage will be the ideal place for your holidays.

To discover on site: many hiking and cycling trails...
A few minutes away: discover the village of Arlempdes and its magnificent Château, the first Château in the Loire.

In the surroundings: Lac du Bouchet (fishing, supervised swimming) (20 min); the city of Puy-en-Velay and its many monuments classified as World Heritage by UNESCO (30 min); Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc (source of the Loire); Lake Issarles.
Small shops, services and market in Costaros (10 min). The entrance to the cottage is on the living room composed of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room; a laundry room with WC completes this floor.

On the first floor, a corridor leads to two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed. You will also find a shower room and a WC.

Access to the top floor, located under slopes, is via a small staircase which leads you to the 3rd bedroom of the accommodation consisting of a double bed as well as 2 single beds and games for children (table football).

The accommodation is adjoining an unrehabilitated barn.

Floor heating (ground floor) and electric radiators upstairs.
Baby equipment: high chair, bed, toilet reducer, bottle warmer, bath.
All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption (16 Kwh/day) - excess will be paid locally to the owners.
