About this cottage rental
The Gîte is located in a typical hamlet on the Séné peninsula, in a shared and enclosed garden. At 150m from the beach and the coastal paths (47km to go), the Séné marshes nature reserve offers walks or bike rides and allows bird watching.
You can explore the Gulf Islands (Arz Island, Monk Island ...).
The surface of the accommodation is around 80 m2 on 2 levels. The entrance opens onto the kitchen, and distributes the toilets, the shower room and the living room opening onto a landscaped garden. The through bedrooms are upstairs (height limited by the slope of the roof), the first (160 x 200 bed) is on the mezzanine on the living room and provides access to the second (140 x 190 bed) perfectly closed. We draw attention to the presence of a pool near the Gîte constituting a risk of drowning for young children.
Linen (40 €) and cleaning (60 €) are optional to order before the stay.

Ideal area for cycling and walking (starting right outside house).
House and garden very tastefully done.
Lovely having a teacher of English (Jeremy) on the premises to answer all questions in English.
Only gripe would be the low slanting roof in the bedrooms which entailed a daily bout of head-bashing (and frequent bending).

Very nice stay, you feel like home, you have anything you need to have a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the garden and the nearby of the see. We made a lot of walks and trips by our bicycles and our little motorboat. The village of Sené is nearby, small but lovely. It is not a touristic place but you can reach such places by car if you want.
The owner is very kind and helpful with tips of the environment. Thank you for your hospitality.
