Beautiful home with new bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring, new windows, and located on a quiet dead-end street that is just steps from a walking/running path along the river. The Tri-State airport is about 10 minutes away and Marshall University is less than a 15 minute drive. There are queen beds and televisions in both bedrooms and WiFi is available for guests. The WiFi works great for streaming, gaming, and remote work. The house has keyless entry and plenty of towels/toiletries. Washer and dryer are newer units. This house is close to both Huntington, WV and Ashland, KY.

Very cute, clean, well stocked property just as pictured. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We stayed here while our daughter visited Marshall-much nicer than being in a hotel. The neighborhood is in an older area of town.

This is a 1940 very charming home, with a personal feel. Our Dog loved the fenced in yard. We will definitely rent this little Beauty again.

This little house felt like home away from home! It is super clean and decorated so nicely! I loved the neighborhood, I loved the front porch swing, I would absolutely stay here again. The host is super responsive and very easy to work with.

Very warm and cozy. It was the perfect distance from downtown Huntington and Harris park. We even went into Barboursville to shop !
