La Borgada is an exceptional property completely renovated and air-conditioned with incredible views down to the sea, a three storey apartment in a village house. Tourrettes sur Loup is ideally located to enjoy all the French Riviera, the countryside, the mountains, with the beaches just 30 minutes away.

With its wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars, craft shops, there is already plenty to do in the village - but with its proximity to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and even Italy and the ski resorts in winter, our guests are never going to run out of things to do.
La Borgada is very well equipped to a high end standard. The double beds of 160 x 200, super comfortable, no noise and the wonderful views from every room.
A beautiful terrace with the same views down to the sea for sublime meals.
Netflix, Apple TV, Wifi, air conditioning and underfloor heating in winter, there is nothing missing.

A luxurious 3 bedroom 3 storey apartment in a town house with sea views, available for vacation rentals in Tourrettes sur Loup. Originally built in 1677 as part of the ramparts of the village, it has been recently renovated throughout to an extremely high standard, in order to provide the best possible guest experience. Tourrettes sur Loup, only half an hour from Nice Airport, is the ideal location from which to explore the whole of the Côte d'Azur: the stunning beaches and the magnificent and awe-inspiring landscape of the pre-Alps.

Three double (king-size) bedrooms, one which can be made up as two singles, the master bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family shower room. The property is air-conditioned throughout with underfloor heating for winter visitors.
La Borgada is officially classified as 4 stars by the French Tourism Board.
We have some fantastic restaurants in Tourrettes, literally on our doorstep, great bars and cafés, art galleries and artisanal shops. We are also located an easy drive to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Antibes and even Italy is less than an hour away. Some great golf courses are in the area and around Tourrettes itself, some of the best hiking trails in the area.
Unfortunately, La Borgada is not adapted for people with mobility issues with its 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors.

This property is a standout and the best we stayed in during our 6 week trip - the views, the village, the apartment - beds, shower, couch and set up - everything was fabulous. We were 5 adults and we had enough room and were very comfortable. Thank you for all the thoughtful touches and welcome pack - we loved our stay!

We spent 4 nights in this wonderful property in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Nothing short of impeccable! The house is clean, well stocked and superbly organized. The beds are very comfortable with high quality linens. The views are stunning and the location is very practical, directly in the village.Teresa and Clive were extremely responsive and accommodating.They even provided a hand-drawn map to guide us out of the village during the Nice Ironman road closures.One of our best holiday stays ever! We would return in a heartbeat.

From making an enquiry to leaving the property on our last day, the host couldn't do enough to help.
La Borgada is a real home from home with a view that is breathtaking. Location is easy to get to, with parking just a short walk.
We are a family of five and had plenty of space, the children particularly enjoyed being able to go out in the village on their own to the shops!
All in all, a real gem of a place to stay!
