This is an older home and it does not have a central AC unit throughout the house. However, there is a portable large AC unit installed in the living rooms main window. There are fans throughout the house.
*Queen Air mattress is available
*There is a room in the house that is off-limits. It is completely locked. It is my personal room when I go and stay there. This room is not available to anyone.
*No access to the basement.

Very clean and welcoming property! The landscaping was gorgeous. Good off street parking. Excellent location for Octoberfest.However, a few things need to be addressed:1. The creaking bedroom door needs to be repaired/oiled2. The dishwasher should be fixed. That said, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher from previous renters…. All in all, a great location for a great event!
