About this apartment rental

Prime Sedona location close to trails and shops/restaurants yet tucked away on a quiet street with lovely nature surroundings. Beautiful garden outlooks surround the property. The VRBO is a spacious and brightly lit 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom unit with beautiful east-facing light. Enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful patio with both sunny and shaded areas. This is one unit of a duplex with lots of outdoor space around so it is very quiet and private. You are about a 12 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to a popular trailhead that begins multiple beautiful hikes. Tile floors throughout. The bedroom is large with a king size bed, room-darkening shades and plenty of closet space for guests with longer stays.

This was the most clean and well stocked VRBO that I have ever stayed in! The owners live next door and were prompt meeting me upon my arrival. Highly recommend this very well located home to anyone needing a clean and quite place to stay during their visit to Sedona. Within walking to distance to trails and local stores.

Location was excellent!! We were able to walk to several trailheads and several meals. Others were just a short drive away. Mollie is an excellent host, easy communication and knowledgeable about the area. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it appeared to be well stocked. Do not hesitate to stay here - it was a perfect couple’s retreat!!

Nice secluded Vrbo for just the 2 of us. Liked that it was very clean and comfortable. Mollie was exceptional helpful several times. Plus she left fresh ground coffee, drinks, treats from Sedona. Fresh flowers even. The location was perfect, quiet side road. Very easy drive to all places we wanted to visit.
