Contemporary resort house in the northwest side of Tucson. This house features contemporary styling and furniture.
Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing house. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac this hill-top house offers peace, quiet, and spectacular views.
Coupled with a heated saltwater pool, private patio and sports court. This house will provide you and your guests with an elegant stay in Tucson.
House can be used for small gatherings/events within the rules listed.
This ranch-style house has been updated recently with a contemporary style.
The main room provides the comforts one would expect as well as a SPECTACULAR view in the evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary cooking utensils.
A recreational room will provide your party with a comfortable place to relax
Three bedrooms are provided, two with king size beds; and one with a queen size bed.
Three work stations are provided for your utilization
The patio provides privacy and a saltwater pool. Outdoor furniture is provided as well as a grill. The patio provides SPECTACULAR views of the Catalinas to enjoy while you enjoy the saltwater pool.
The sports court is available for your use and the following is provided: Night-time lighting, two basket ball hoops, pickle ball net, pickle balls, and 4x pickle ball pads.
This house is the proverbial `house on the hill` and will not cease to impress.
Internet is provided by Xfinity with a maximum download speed of 1.2Gbps

The property was so much more than in the pictures. The second living space was a great space for the young adults to gather. Bed rooms were spacious. Kitchen was a very nice size. The back patio was amazing!!Lastly the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Tucson.

Quiet and clean neighborhood, easy to get to any part of the Tucson area you seek to visit. Wonderful pool with lots of outdoor space and furniture to accommodate a group. Good floor plan to allow for anyone that may need or want to take a nap or sleep in!

My wife and I travelled back to Tucson for one family member's funeral and another's end of life. The home was near family homes and hospitals. The house itself and surrounding property is stunning. The pool was lovely. The hosts were very responsive. The home had everything we needed and furnishings were very high quality. So, the only things that made it not a sweeping 5 star review for us were: 1. The furniture is all very low profile. The beds and sofas were quite low to the ground and we "Not spring chickens" had a very hard time getting up, down, or comfortable. 2. We planned to work while here and the wifi was very unreliable. If you really want to unplug, this is the spot. If you want to work remotely or stream, this may not be the best. 3. This one is rather perfectionistic but it was noticeable. Keeping polished concrete floors clean has to be tough and hard to see but our feet and socks were very dirty from the floors. We love VRBO and have used them extensively. This home was definitely a high quality home, just a few glitches that were not optimal for us.
