Mountain Splendor is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse located in the Sunridge development at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The stylish unit is perfect for a ski/mountain getaway with extended family or for a couple's weekend. Feel your stress melt away at this four season location. The townhouse is within steps of the ski slopes. In warmer months, enjoy access to a large outdoor pool/clubhouse area and tennis courts at the end of the street. At Mountain Splendor you will enjoy the perfect blend of mountain relaxation with Seven Springs Resort amenities a few minutes away.
The First level includes: Comfortable furnishings adorn the living room with large screen TV and gas fireplace.
Fully equipped updated kitchen with quartz counter tops and cherry cabinets. All stainless steel appliances. Comes furnished with Pots/pans, dinnerware, small appliances (crock pot, air fryer, toaster, blender, etc) and spices for your use. Also complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate to warm you on cold blustery days.
Dining room can seat 6 but extends to accommodate more. Also seating at the kitchen island counter. Sliding glass doors open to a beautiful patio with outdoor cook top burner, grill and hot tub.
Spacious bedroom has queen bed, large screen TV and updated bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms come with hair dryer and complimentary toiletry items in case you forget to pack a few things.
Finished, heated garage for preparing a full day on the slopes. Ski and coat racks provided for your convenience. Access to Village trail directly across the street.
Second floor includes: Luxurious master bedroom with queen bed, large screen TV, gas fireplace and sliding glass doors onto a balcony with breath taking views of the mountain. Master bath with double sinks and walk in steam shower.

This place is just what we needed for a huge family gathering. All of us had 3 condos close to each other, our group of seven were completely comfortable and was able to host the others with a great time. We did have a flapper go out on one toilet and let the host know and there was no urgency, it was a holiday weekend, yet a maintenance person was there within an hour and fixed it. Out of the three condos rented by all the family, I recommend this one. Had all the extras we needed, basketball, pickleball paddles, hot tub, we will definitely stay here again. Side note: The stuffed wild life were also definitely a talking point with the kids, hearing their imaginations go wild was worth it all in itself

Our family all enjoyed this beautiful property. The mounted wildlife was unique and gave it a lodge-like atmosphere. We had fun cooking together in the kitchen while playing tunes on the juke box. Literally everything you need to cook is provided--spices, oils, quality cookware, and high-end appliances. The furniture was comfortable, especially loved the blue recliners. The bathrooms are nicely upgraded. We had rain the first day and couldn't ski and the owner graciously gave us a late check so my family could still ski 2 full days while I enjoyed the home and hot tub. My husband was especially impressed with the garage set up for storing and putting skis on/off. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. Thank you for renting out your lovely home.

The house was great. It was well maintained with all the amenities you could want. It provided great access to the slopes.I also appreciated how responsive the owners were. Highly recommended!
