Our cozy Sargent Mtn Yurt sleeps up to four guests and offers a unique blend of comfort and adventure. Yurts are circular, tent-like structures with a wood lattice frame and sturdy canvas exterior-an ancient design originating from the nomadic tribes of Asia. Today, modern yurts have become a popular vacation experience from coast to coast, offering a memorable alternative to traditional lodging.
Inside, you'll find a warm, inviting space thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. The yurt features a comfortable queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The kitchenette is equipped with a ¾ refrigerator, apartment-size stove and oven, sink, and all necessary cookware and dishware for simple meal prep.
A full bathroom with a stand-up shower adds everyday comfort, while the efficient heat pump and air conditioning keep the space cozy year-round. All linens are provided for your convenience.

Wonderful experience staying with Acadia Yurts! Everything is so well thought out, communication was excellent and the yurts were very clearly cared for. I would encourage anyone staying near Acadia to consider this listing for your lodging!

First time yurt stay for five nights and we were very pleased! All the comforts needed while extras like a shared campfire pit and red barn for items like games or cooking extras! Well laid out yurt spacing and grounds designed with efficiency and beauty in mind. If you are considering this location you will not be disappointed. Maine is very dog friendly at shops and restaurants as is Acadia Yurts! Our dog had a wonderful vacation!

Acadia Yurts was an incredible place to stay while visiting the national park! The yurt community is super cute and the check-in process was beyond easy. Aaron and Karen were lovely hosts. They provided clear directions to the property, and their check-in and check-out processes were simple and very reasonable. It's near enough to the park to be convenient without being right in the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor.Walking into our rented yurt, we were struck by the cleanliness and overwhelmingly homey feel. The decor is minimalist, but perfect for the space. It was hard to believe we were glamping! The skylight at night is everything! There was plenty of space for my husband, dog and I, and all the essentials were available. The sofa was very comfortable. The bed felt a bit firm for us, but that is very subjective. :) Overall, we were beyond happy with our stay and will definitely be back!
