With direct access to the sea and breathtaking panoramicviews the new and lovely Villa Sea Touch is an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing vacation experience. 140 m2 interior is spread over two levels and offers modern amenities and fun color schemes that add to its overall aesthetic appeal. The upper level provides three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a balcony from which breathtaking sunsets are an indulgent and everyday treat. The ground level yields a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, a living area, small dining room and access to another balcony with an alfresco dining table fit for eight guests. Here we can find the final and fourthensuite bedroom. Step outside and find yourself immersed in fresh sea air, take a swim in the pool or throw together a BBQ for friends and family. Your generous host provides 2 SUP paddles and Pikado. Heating the pool is available.
In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Villa Sea Touch is located near Rogoznica, a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.
For transparency: please account for 400 EUR security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Friendly pets may be allowed upon request. Please no groups of under 25 years of age. Parking for 2 vehicles is included.
