Description: Experience an unforgettable vacation at Highcliff Hacienda, nestled between Boone and Banner Elk in the charming Seven Devils area. This spacious 2788 square foot home leaves nothing to be desired, promising a lifetime of cherished memories for your family.
Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Highcliff Hacienda comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. With king-size beds in three of the bedrooms and twin beds in the fourth, it's like having three primary bedrooms! Additionally, there's a sleeper sofa available for guests' use.
Main Floor: The fully-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a bar area with seating for two, and a convenient breakfast nook with a coffee bar. Enjoy upgraded small appliances and a mini-fridge for extra beverage storage. The spacious dining room, with seating for up to 10 people, is perfect for holiday gatherings or shared meals. Cathedral ceilings and ample windows flood the space with natural light and ambiance. Relax in either the living room or den, both equipped with TVs and fireplaces—the living room fireplace is gas, while the den's is wood-burning. A primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom complete the main floor.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms share a bathroom—one with a king-size bed and TV, and the other with two twin beds.
Downstairs: Discover a recreation room featuring a ping-pong table, TV, gas log fireplace, and a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed. Another full bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.
Outside: Highcliff Hacienda is surrounded by serene woods and offers breathtaking long-range views of Grandfather Mountain to the south/southeast. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

We enjoyed our stay at Highcliff Hacienda very much.The layout of this property is perfect for entertaining a larger group - we celebrated the graduation of our son. The place feels very inviting, was very clean and has everything you need. We can see us returning to this place.

Rented for just under two weeks. The property provided a quiet place for me to work while family used the property as a base to explore colleges in western NC and explore activities in the area. The only downside was no AC (unit upstairs could not compete with the unusually high temps for the area). Would definitely recommend.

This house was perfect for 10 adults (5 couples). We loved gathering for meals and games at the large dining table and relaxing in the living room around the fire at night.
Comfy beds, plenty of parking, and plenty of space for all!
