This is our last stay in November 2017 "between Cabo and Tetouan"
Beautiful apartment, bright, immaculate condition, on the 3rd and last floor with elevator in a small residence with guard 24/24.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children.
Well equipped: with air conditioning and heating, new appliances, television with French and Arabic channels, furniture made by a craftsman Chefchaouen.
Terrace overlooking the M'diq mountain and wrought iron furniture and zeal for meals.
Large pool with 2 pools in the middle of green areas and flowers.
Private parking in the basement of the residence.
Well located: opposite the Mediterranean Club Cabo Negro, a few minutes walk from the beach and the Royal Golf.
Many possible activities:
- cultural (guided tours of the medina of Tetouan to do! Tangier, Chefchaouen 50km, M'diq the fishing town and summer residence of the King within 10km.
- sports (golf, scuba diving, horse riding, cycling).
- and of course, beaches, strolls on the ledge along the beach Cabo to Maril. Many restaurants for all budgets, from the 'Market table' as in Saint Tropez to chicken grilled a few euros.
Rental car recommended, but large taxis station and bus stop 2 min. walk.

I choose this apartment to be alone for few days for clearing my mind and relax from the all pressure either work, home or even the whole life
I find the apartment is excellent for this purpose all you need is in there
If I have a second chance for sure I will choose the property

The contact with the owner is very good, we got all informations in detail which we asked for. The contact at the apartment was also very nice. It's a familiar apartment, with everything you need, very nice and safe arear. 24h security, parking garage and a elevator. Cabo Negro is also a strategic place to see the whole area (Martil, Tetouan, Mdiq, Fnedeq etc.). We booked the apartment for 5 days and we had a very nice time.
