About this house rental
Casa C'an Biel is located in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma, just 300 metres as the crow flies from the beautiful sandy Sa Coma Beach. The detached house has a spacious, sheltered garden with an inviting 8 x 4 metre pool, ideal for relaxing hours and refreshing moments in the water.
A large driveway leads to the house, which is accessed via a staircase. A spacious living room with satellite TV and WLAN awaits you on the first floor. A bright dining area and access to the large terrace offer a marvellous view over the residential area. The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there is a bedroom with a Mallorcan double bed and a bathroom.
The staircase leads to the second floor with two further bedrooms with double beds, a second bathroom and a cosy reading corner. On the ground floor there is a garage with washing machine and storage rooms.
The beach of Sa Coma can be easily reached on foot in about 7 minutes. In Sa Coma you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and medical facilities. The natural headland Punta de n'Amer is also nearby. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday!
Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 15,- Euro per day can be booked on arrival. The price of the tourist tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

This is a fabulous property. The pool is superb and the house is very clean. We gave visited before and came back as they now have air conditioning in yhe bedrooms. Only loses one star as it does state rustic kitchen but we came 3 years ago and it was rustic then but is seriously in need of an upgrade. The hinges to the cupboards are just about hanging on and the drawers dont close evenly. The cooker is also very old and several times tripped the electricity fuses. As long as you go with those things in mind you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

We spent a lovely relaxing fortnight at the villa. Yes it's dated, and yes the bathrooms would benefit from being modernised but it had everything we needed and we grew to love it.The outside areas are great, the pool was a godsend and someone came round twice a week to check the levels and clean it. You aren't overlooked at all which made a nice change. We even had our own lemon trees which were used in our G&T's. The toilet round the pool was a nice little touch and saved a trip upstairs to the bathroom.The villa was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. It can get very warm in there though if you're daft enough to cook, like we did a couple of evenings and the oven seems to go from warm to a furnace in no time at all. The terrace was a lovely spot to eat lunch and dinner and was shaded from midafternoon. The wifi was sufficient for our needs. We paid extra for the aircon, its in all 3 bedrooms and we couldn't have coped without it. In my opinion it was worth paying extra for. Location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. You could also walk to the nearest supermarket although we had a car which made life a lot easier. The beach is busy but the sea is fantastic, clear, shallow and warm.Maria was brilliant. Her english isn't the best but probably better than my Spanish! At one point we had a plumbing issue, nobodies fault but Maria and the plumbers went out of thier way to sort it, so we couldn't complain.We would return.

Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket, 10 min walk to a large supermarket.
Awesome pool and pool area. Super nice balcony for eating and socializing.
Air condition in all three bedrooms. Room for 3 cars on driveway.
Not the newest standard but clean and nice.
Kitchen kind of small but there’s room for two people cooking at the same time.
