It is not included in your total booking price. Pre-registration link is provided in the welcome guide. Parking is $25.00 per vehicle/per stay w/2 max. Guests are required to purchase wrist bands to use the common areas. $20.00 per person-purchased along with parking pass.
-No golf carts/ATV's/Slingshots/Motorized scooters are allowed on the premises or parking area.
-There are no dedicated parking spaces, however there are many spaces just steps away from your private entrance.
-Bookings are only accepted from guests age 25 or older. The booking guest must arrive at check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-Before arrival, you'll receive a digital Welcome Guide with access details, Wi-Fi information, and local recommendations.
-Pets are not permitted at this rental.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.

My sister and cousins wanted to get away and spend our 4th on thr beach and we did judt that. The accommodations were as listed and the property management was accessible.

This a perfect location for us. Beach was close, baseball fields were close. Had no real complaints except there is construction going on which didn’t really even affect us.

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes and cleaning supplies. We were literally 5 minutes away from the beach which allowed us to walk. The area was peaceful and quiet!

The condo was as listed on the description. It was clean and well kept. Short walk to the beach and quite. The only thing that would have been helpful if the beach equipment was listed. We packed ours ( a struggle with luggage for 7 people) but when we arrived there was a closet with everything we needed.
