About this apartment rental
Conveniently located with private entrance and deck with self check-in keypad. Half mile from the OCEAN-one block from the Albemarle SOUND! Perfect beach home for couples, families, or solo adventurers.
This is a Duplex style layout-this rental is on the top story/upper level of the complex. Your entrance and space shown is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. Lower unit is completely separate and available for rent on Vrbo as well if more space is needed!
*Please read all the way to the bottom.* This apartment is located on the Outer Banks, NC at Milepost 6, soundside. It has a private entrance with full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, & two bathrooms. The kitchen has an oven, new refrigerator, sink, microwave, 12 cup coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, & basic kitchen items (pots & pans, plates, glasses, utensils, etc). You also have access to the private front porch.
Make sure you don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen!
Bedroom #1, to the right when you enter, has a queen bed with large closet & dresser.
Bedroom #2 is connected to a full bathroom with comfy king bed, dresser, two large closets, and tv with streaming capability.
Bedroom #3 Kid friendly double over twin bunk bed with toys and board games.
The 2nd bathroom is right beside the queen bedroom.
*The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment.*
The living room has a sectional sofa, recliner for lounging, and Smart TV with streaming capabilities through Roku.

The property was inviting and the temperature perfect upon our arrival. We were given valuable information for the surrounding area and there was close beach access. The beds weren’t super comfortable, but, adequate. Everything was super clean and it was a great value!

My son wanted to visit the OBX beaches and Jockey Ridge my parents wanted to relax and unwind. The house was perfectly located between everything we wanted to do. It is just as described and very clean. The house was stocked with necessities and the host, Yvonne, had fresh flowers, chocolates, and a postcard upon our arrival making us truly feel at home. I can’t wait to book again!!
