About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment of 78 m2 with terrace for 6/7 people in front of the beach and close to shops. This apartment is crossing, that is to say that it offers on the one hand a splendid view of the bay of Roses and also at the back a view of the Pyrenees.
You will have at your disposal:
A large living room dining room
An open-plan kitchen with induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, refrigerator,
coffee maker, ice maker and all kitchen utensils....
A bedroom with a 160 cm bed
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed + a 90 cm bed
A 160 cm sofa bed in the living room
A bathroom
A separate toilet
A terrace equipped with table and chairs
The apartment is in a secure residence with concierge on the 16th floor. The building is equipped with two elevators and two staircases
Leaving the apartment, you arrive directly on the promenade of the beach of Empuriabrava (several kms) and on the right, on the promenade along the Muga River. The set of buildings is called 'DELTA MUGA'
Downstairs from the building are several shops and several children's playgrounds as well as sports facilities along the sea.
On Saturday mornings, the Empuriabrava market is set up all along the beach.
Empuriabrava is also called 'THE SPANISH VENICE' because of its canals (32 km) crossing the entire resort.
Depending on your desires, you can rest on the beach, walk along the MUGA (Natural Park on the other bank), visit the resort admiring its canals, practice many sports or even go shopping.....
You can also visit Roses or Cadaques or go to the Aiguamolls Natural Park
