Conveniently located in the picturesque and serene, upscale Inland Harbour complex, this townhouse-style villa has undergone a complete renovation and is the perfect beach destination for you and your family! Greeting you on your entry and defining this 2-story end-unit vacation paradise is the abundance of natural light and tall 2-story panoramic windows on the open-tread staircase. Attention to details is apparent in this delightful vacation home. The bright and spacious, main floor living space with its beautiful floors throughout, offers a galley style kitchen with granite countertops and built in appliances, offering everything you will need for your cooking needs. The kitchen opens onto the dining room with its bay windows pouring much sunlight into the dining area. The large main living space is elegant yet comfortable. It offers a large new roomy sofa, comfortable coastal inspired club chairs, a large flat screen smart TV, and desk area. A sliding glass door off this living space leads to a back deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, providing scenic views of the lush surroundings of this Inland Harbour property.
Heading up the open staircase you will find the master bedroom and ensuite area. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large flat screen TV and ample natural light. The master ensuite exudes a spa-like comfort with its double vanity sinks, granite counters, and cavernous glass walled shower with skylight above, again, bringing in much natural light. Rounding out the second floor is a laundry room, equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer for all the conveniences of home.
Inland Harbour, a small complex of 34 homes, is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines ... right in the heart of all there is to see and do! Our complex is complete with newly re-surfaced tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as a seasonal pool.

Please note: One Resort CAR VOUCHER is INCLUDED with your rental. Simply pull up to the Sea Pines main gate house on Greenwood RD. and exchange your gate voucher for a weekly gate pass (which you keep on your dashboard). That’s it, no waiting in long lines at a resort rental office!
ALSO: Electric bikes; motor-homes, campers or RV's; trailers of any kind; boats or other personal watercraft (jet-ski or ski-doos) ARE NOT PERMITTED to enter Sea Pines at any time, as per Sea Pines restrictions. They are not allowed past the gate at all!!

The property was clean, close to Harbour Town, the beach, restaurants etc. The owners were great at letting us check in a little earlier as our flight had arrived in before check in time. They had left a bottle of wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch.Everything inside was as pictured and spacious enough for a family of 3 or 4.The kitchen was well appointed, there were minimal towels, 1 bath towel per person which was a little sparse.Only negative is this is supposed to be a pet free home. The owners feed a cat that pretty much lives at the property. We have a child with a cat allergy so it was frustrating that it was either sat on the seat on the deck ( which our son couldn’t come on the deck with us) or waiting by the front door to get in. This was a real negative for us and frankly very annoying. We had a week of allergy medicine and dodging a cat, that had we had prior knowledge of we wouldn’t have chosen this property.

Very nice property and without a doubt, the cleanest (talking spotless!) condo we've ever had the pleasure to visit.The one drawback (not the owners fault) is that the HOA has elected to install two very bright security lights on a tree directly across the parking lot from this condo... and the security lights flood the downstairs bedroom at night due to their intensity.Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay

Simply put, Coastal Chic at Inland Harbour is perfection. The condo is close to many attractions … bike trails, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our two teenagers really enjoyed venturing off on their own to explore the area. The condo itself is fabulous. It is exactly how it is shown on the listing. The only things missing from the pictures are the personal touches found throughout the unit. A lot of effort has gone into making Coastal Chic a special place. Sharon & Sean, thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to staying with you again.
