No, additional parking fees or resort fees. This is one of our units at the beautiful Palms of Destin. Completely repainted, new carpet, new full-size bed, ceiling fans, balcony furniture, spice rack in the kitchen for your cooking needs. 2-bedrooms/ 1-Kingsize/1-full-size and the sofa makes another bed. 2-full-size bathrooms in each bedroom. You will enjoy the sunsets from the balcony. Fully furnished and ready for your vacation fun in the sun. Lagoon pool, parking garage,restaurant, coffee shop, tennis courts, gym, basketball court, grills outside area for cooking & so much more.

This condo was a great decision. Everything went smooth from booking, to checking in, staying there and checking out was a breeze also! The owner was very sweet! The condo had all the basic necessities & even some extras… Can’t wait to visit Destin & stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean as well as the entire building. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach and we took the shuttle they provide when we didn't feel like walking. Within walking distance to restaurants as well. We stayed during July 4th and had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony!
