About this chalet rental
Beautiful chalet with stunning views of the mountains and near the Chiemsee.
Our house is located in a quiet location on the Simssee with direct lake access.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom with tub and two separate toilets.
There is also a huge terrace (60sqm) and 400sqm of garden area with direct lake access.
A wooden staircase leads down to our chalet, which can be slippery in winter and wet. There is also a staircase in the house, which is not good for small children (up to 2 years) alone to accomplish.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.
They also have a kettle, a toaster and an Italian expresso maker, and a milk frother is also available.
The chalet has a total of 5 beds, including two double beds and one single bed. In addition, a cot can be placed at any time. Furthermore, there is a pull-out couch in the living room.
We have deliberately refrained from installing a TV in the chalet.
The view from the house of the lake and the mountains behind it will compensate for the missing TV.
In immediate walking distance is located directly on the lake a great restaurant "Simssee-Stuben".
The paths around the lake invite to long walks.
The ski areas Kampenwand, Sudelfeld and Wilder Kaiser can be reached in just one hour by car.
There are also some toboggan runs in the surrounding area.
If you prefer to walk, the nearby mountains offer many mountain climbing opportunities.
In a few minutes you can reach the wonderful Chiemsee!
Within a radius of about 30 km are several thermal or Indoor swimming pools (Rosenheim, Bad Aibling, Bad Endorf, Prien and Wasserburg).
The beautiful Innstadt Rosenheim, with its pastel-colored houses is only a few kilometers away.
In 2km distance is the small village Prutting in 5 km BadEndorf. In these places you will find everything you need for daily life.
For your stay we provide you with bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishcloths.
Parties are not allowed in our chalet, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed.
We ask you to observe the house rules and deal with everything as they would at home.
The price is for up to 4 people. Other persons cost 20 € per night.
A minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
