This is our second year in this unit and we really like the building. It’s in and the way it sits. The breeze is perfect and the view is great. The unit was updated and very clean when we arrived easy walking to the beach and restaurants. The management team is great with communication, communications and respond immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and that we weren’t notified ahead of time or at the time of booking. I understand maintenance has to be done at some time and I was the unlucky person to be there while it happened, but being offered a 1 day pass to a YMCA hardly makes up for it. We should have either been offered a discount or had pool access at a different, nicer, and more convenient location secured. Other than that, the property was as advertised.

My sister and I stayed 10 days at this condo and loved it! Great communication with the property managers! They even left us a gift basket of treats which we thought it was so generous. This location is perfect walking distance to the beach where we spent all of our time and also walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again in the future! Great location and great property management!
