About this house rental
Your holiday home is located directly behind the North Sea dike, just 500 meters from the idyllic cutter harbor and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea, with its free green beach.
The 70m² holiday home, with 2 floors, can accommodate up to 5 people.
The house was lovingly completely renovated and furnished by us in 2012/2013/2014. Since June 2013 it has finally been winterproof, thanks to a complete renovation (roof, facade, windows, doors, walls).
Free WiFi is available.
It stands on a 300m² plot of land with a fenced garden and is quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The spacious, partially covered south-west terrace, with attached grill, invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The bright, combined and friendly furnished living and dining room consists of a cozy sitting area, right next to the fireplace, and an adjacent dining area. In January 2014 the living room (the last room in the house) was completely renovated. In addition to central heating, with radiators in all rooms, you also have the option of making yourself comfortable with the existing stove. A large television, a CD player with radio and MP3 player connection, as well as various books and board games are also available.
The separate and well equipped kitchen, as well as the modern daylight bathroom are also on the ground floor.
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, which can be darkened with roller shutters. Here you have a total of 5 sleeping options.
In addition, we have socket fuses in all rooms, child bars in front of the stairs, a playpen, a changing mat, two high chairs, a baby bed and children's dishes. So that you can spend a relaxing holiday with us with your youngest.
Dogs welcome!
Dogs who agree to only stay on the ground floor of the house (and of course in the garden) and to place their basket there are welcome!
The house is a non-smoking house! We also do not allow e-cigarettes in the house!
